It will be shipped UNTRACKED and just with a regular postage stamp with Canada Post/USPS - therefore can take up-to several weeks to arrive. If you are concerned about the shipping time and would like to pay extra for expedited and/or tracked shipping please do so at checkout. I do not offer refunds on orders shipped without tracking - once it’s out of my hands it’s up to Canada Post to deliver.

Delivery Time

If you are able to pick up in Langton, ON, please use code LOCAL519 at checkout to waive the shipping fee and I will be in contact with you to arrange for pick up.

I only ship within Canada and the US at this time.

All purchases are final sale and I do not accept returns/exchanges on personalized fibre art or PDF embroidery pattern purchases.
